Malcolm Farrow was a Lieutenant Commander, specialising in communications and electronic warfare, and one of several of similar rank working to Rear Admiral Sandy Woodward on the flagship Glamorgan and then the Hermes during the Falklands war. In this detailed interview, he talks about life on board the ship as they sailed south, and the relentless routine. He mentions various incidents, such as the sinking of the Sheffield, taking survivors on board, and lessons learned. He is also candid about the end of the war and some of his difficulties trying to readjust to life back home.
